As each piece is an original and is hand made, I do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully when making your purchase. 

What if my order arrives damaged? 

All parcels are insured with shipping courier. If your purchase happens to arrive damaged from shipping, please email me at hello@artbyshony.com.au and I will get back to you to arrange a solution. In your email please include:

- Order Number

- Attached photos of the package prior to opening

- Photos of the damage to your purchase
